Senior Hair Stylist
2+ Years Experience
Confident in colour work, lived-in blondes, precision cutting, upstyles & extensions. Ready to step into a senior role with skill and confidence.
Hours & Roster
Tuesday–Saturday
One late night only (Thursday) with earlier finishes on other days, giving you a balanced,
lifestyle-friendly roster.

We’re looking for our next Senior Hair Stylist to join the team at Her Hair Space in Carrara, Gold Coast.
At Her Hair Space, we strive to enhance natural beauty and ensure that every client leaves our salon feeling glamorous, confident, and well cared for. We are a small, boutique salon, newly renovated into a stunning, bright, modern, and cosy space where our team truly makes a difference in our clients’ lives. We are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating exceptional hair transformations, building meaningful client relationships, and enjoying an extended weekend!
What you’ll do:

Deliver all aspects of senior-level hair services: cutting, styling, colour (including lived-in blondes), upstyles, and hair extensions

Identify and address client hair concerns or pain points, educating them on causes and recommending solutions and products

Create an uplifting salon experience; many clients come in feeling stressed or having a rough day, and your work will help them leave smiling and laughing

Provide exceptional service that reflects our genuine care and attention to detail
Hours and schedule:

Flexible contract with close to full-time hours guaranteed, and some flexibility in the roster

Tuesday to Saturday with one late night:

Wednesday: 10 am – 5 pm

Thursday: 10 am – 7 pm
-
Friday: 9 am – 3 pm

Saturday: 8 am – 3 pm

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior stylist

Confident in all colour work, lived-in blondes, precision cutting, upstyles, and hair extensions

Passionate about client care and education

Positive, reliable, and a team player who thrives in a small, supportive environment
